Integrative Neurosomatic Therapy (INT), JinShin Jyutsu, Reflexology, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage

INT is a structurally integrative approach to pain relief. INT fills a void left by traditional healthcare. This is done by analyzing soft tissue and thoroughly exploring muscles, tendons and ligaments which are often the hidden sources of pain.

The client is then assessed and charted for structural imbalances. All of the techniques used in treatments are non-surgical, non-invasive and non-chiropractic. The techniques are centered in balance by treating the body as a unit. Utilizing the whole body approach, we can successfully treat back pain, neck, hip, knee and shoulder pain. Treatment will start immediately with manual therapy designed to release tension in the muscles found to be causing pain. Our goal is to not only eliminate pain, but to educate on ways to prevent recurrence. Treatment is very effective for: Migraines, Whiplash, Plantar Fascitis, TMJ. Disk Herniations, Scoliosis, Carpal Tunnel, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and pain with no known cause. Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese healing art that involves a light touch with the hands on the body to allow healing to take place naturally. This art is uniquely simple, but is an extremely powerful practice. Jin Shin Jyutsu utilizes twenty-six safety energy locks along the energy pathways (meridians) in your body. When any of these pathways become blocked, disharmony or illness can result.

Holistic Reflexology is the gentle art of restoring and maintaining the body's natural equilibrium to encourage healing. The therapeutic relaxation that reflexology produces facilitates the body's release of toxins. Reflexology is mostly a pleasant and soothing sensation stimulating the body's own healing mechanisms. After treatment you may have a feeling of well-being. You may feel nauseous or tearful but this is transitory and is in response to treatment. Most experience an ease of tension and improved circulation.
